Q.01How often should my property be checked?
Start with your insurance wording — many policies imply a set interval during heating season. Beyond that it depends on how long the place sits empty and whether it is rented. For most properties, weekly in winter and bi-weekly in summer is the sensible starting point — the assessment settles it.
Q.02Is there a contract, or can I cancel anytime?
There is no contract. Packages run month to month, and you can cancel anytime — the start and stop dates are yours to set.
Q.03Can I book part of a season?
Yes. Coverage does not have to run year-round — book the months the property actually sits empty, and we will set the visit cadence to match. The free assessment is where we work out the dates.
